Learning is not only an essential means of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also a critical tool for stimulating curiosity and creativity. Some people have an insatiable desire to learn, others may need structure and incentive. Organizations that inspire great actions from its constituents are those that have cultivated a culture where continued learning is encouraged as well as expected, and exists not in a hierarchal passing down of knowledge, but in mutual exchanges of ideas. Great leaders are those who are not afraid to explore how much they do not know, and seek out learning opportunities at every turn.
