Some people have an insatiable desire to learn, others may need structure and incentive. Organizations that inspire great actions from its constituents are those that have cultivated a culture where continued learning is encouraged as well as expected, and exists not in a hierarchal passing down of knowledge, but in mutual exchanges of ideas.
